Volunteers for Step Up Walk

Registration

• Popcorn Machine
  Need 2 volunteers to make popcorn and clean machine after walk, hours from 8am-noon.
• Prize Table
  Need 2 volunteers to monitor prize table and make sure no one takes prizes, prizes will be given away towards end of walk, hours from 830-noon.
• Registration Tables
  Need 2 volunteers to help manage registration tables with GHFEDS staff, after paying for registration direct them to shirt table.
  People who have pre-registered do not need to check in, direct them to walk area.
  Hours from 8am-10am.
• Restocking snacks
  Need 2 volunteers to restock snacks on snack tables. Hours from 8am-noon.
• Restocking Water and Capri-Sun's
  Need 2 volunteers to take turns restocking water and capri sun's in coolers as needed. Hours from 8am-noon.
• Set Up
  Need 4 volunteers to help set up walk signs, banners, tables and chairs, and where needed. Hours from 7am-9am.
• Shirt Table
  Need 2 volunteers to manage the shirt table, team captains who did not pick up their team shirts prior to the walk will pick up at shirt table, give only to Team Captains and not walkers.
  There will be extra shirts to give to those that register the morning of the walk which will be on a first come first serve basis. Hours from 8am-10am.
• Volunteer Table
  Need 2 volunteers to manage volunteer table, check in volunteers as they arrive and hand them their shirt, let them know that breakfast is in the pavilion near the stage. Hours from 7am-9am.
